On the Board of Education Denise Price corrected me for calling her Miss Price. She did not correct Judge Judith A. Rossiter on January 30, 2009 who also addressed her as "Miss Price", so perhaps her feminism is less virulent when she is about to plead guilty to DWI. Denise Price plead guilty to DWI, with a maximum sentence of one year in jail, three years of probation, and a $500 fine. The judge took her drivers license. Sentencing might take 60 days. The March 20'th issue of Star-Gazette had a sad story about a 19 year old who was found dead after a fraternity party. A pathologist commented on the effects of alcohol below. With 0.22 alcohol in her blood Denise Price was not awfully far from risking losing consciousness.
